Materials and Construction

The board
The board determines the bounce and speed of the ball.
Indoor Boards- Chipboard measures 19mm thick. The chipboard is covered on both sides with melamine for better conversation. The chipboard offers a great playing performance for users but is not suitable for outdoor play.

The Wheels
The wheels are important for the stability of the table and for the movement in the storage position. With bigger wheels the movement of the table when folded is easier. The diameter used in all foldable tables with wheels is 125mm. The wheels made of EVA are stronger than the PVC wheels but all the tables have four double wheels to avoid problems.

Net and net holder
No need to take the net off the table in playback or foldaway position.

Unfolding Mechanism
Tables have a centralised mechanism to unlock the security devices to change from storage position to playing position and from playing to storage posiiton. Thanks to the placement of the handles, uncomfortable body movements and the risk of being hurt by the board while opening the table are avoided.
Indoor table tennis tables are designed for use in rooms with a controlled temperature and dry atmosphere. Garages and outbuildings may not be suitable. If there is any doubt we recommend a weatherproof table.
