The Weider 245 Bench bench extends the normal reach of workout options available with an adjustable angle which give you additional exercise options and proper exercise form whilst the weight bar has adjustable height to execute more exercises. The additional Lat Tower works specifically on your back and the Butterfly Arms the chest. The 6 foam leg developer station works the lower body whilst the rolled preacher pad works the biceps. On top of the handy space saving design, this bench also features storage for the preacher pad and lat bar.
