The upright frame structure makes it a good space saving multigym. As with leverage machines, the main lever arm is driven by bearings whereas most companies still use bushings
In addition to the main lever arm there is a continuous high/low pulley that provides dozens of various exercises from lat pulldowns and tricep pressdowns to cable curls and low rows
A leg lift lever is also built into the system for leg development
The unit is constructed of 2'' x 3'' tubular steel for maximum strength
