1. Argos Sports is a specialist sports and fitness retailer with a large store in the centre of Bradford, West Yorkshire. We supply our website customers throughout the UK at the prices shown on our site, regardless of your location (subject to 3. below). We hope you will visit our store if you live in or are visiting the area. 2. Dispatch Policy. If goods are not available for immediate dispatch we will contact you and offer you the option of either cancelling or purchasing an alternative product. While we make every effort to ensure deliveries are on time we are not liable for late deliveries caused by our suppliers or their carriers. 3. Prices and Tax. Prices normally include postage and packing throughout mainland UK (except for remote regions on some items) unless specifically stated. Please ask regarding additional charges to offshore destinations and abroad. We are delighted to answer all inquiries. The price you pay will include VAT for all deliveries within the European Union. For deliveries outside the EU, VAT will be deducted from the total price. Delivery to non-European countries may result in import duties payable on receipt of the goods. You will be liable for such duties. Special arrangements are available for British forces serving overseas. We can also arrange VAT free purchasing where applicable (e.g. qualifying medical situations). 4. Online Orders. If you place an order online you will automatically receive a confirmation email giving you a summary of what you have ordered and a tracking number. 5. Cancellation and Returns. YOU MUST KEEP ALL PACKAGING. YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO RE-PACK ANY ITEMS IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING FOR RETURN TO ARGOS SPORTS LIMITED. WE CANNOT ACCEPT ANY ITEMS FOR RETURN THAT ARE NOT IN THEIR ORIGINAL PACKAGING All our products carry at least a one year manufacturers parts and labour guarantee. Longer guarantees are normally shown on the product page. If you are not satisfied with the goods you have a right to cancel the contract, return the goods in good condition and receive either a full refund of your monies or replacement goods. If returning non-faulty goods you are liable for any carriage costs incurred. We offer a 14 day money back guarantee. 6. Disclaimer. Every effort is made to ensure that the information contained on this website is accurate and up to date. However, Argos Sports Ltd. cannot be held liable for mistakes or omissions. 7. Title of Goods. Title of goods does not pass to the purchaser until the goods are paid in full. 8. Confidentiality. All confidential information, including credit card details, are held securely and only transmitted in encrypted form. We do not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others. Customer details are not passed to third parties and are used only in accordance with the Data Protection Act. 9. Jurisdiction. The Contract will be governed by the laws of England and Wales and the parties to the Contract submit to the jurisdiction of the English Courts. 10. Consumer Rights.
